Our minds tend to get addicted to stuff and this can be stopped by controlling the mind, not any websites.
If you stop a child with Calcium Deficiency from eating Sand/Mud, he will start eating chalks. The child needs Medicines to control this Deficiency.
Similarly if a student uninstalls the above-mentioned applications, he will be addicted to some other stuff. He needs the medicine named SELF CONTROL to curb his distractions.
